The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Siegel Global Equity Index. The fund advisor employs a “passive management” – or indexing – investment approach designed to track the performance of the WisdomTree Siegel Global Equity Index (the “index”) through the use of a representative sampling strategy. All exchange traded funds (“ETFs”) traded intra-day on U.S. exchanges are eligible for inclusion in the index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in component equity securities of the index.
